What does this mean?

There are two issues at stake. You no longer have the right to choose your pharmacy or diagnostic medical testing provider.

Pharmacy Choice

If you are injured on the job, you no longer have the right to bring your prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice.

Insurance companies now have the power to tell you where your prescription must be filled.
